Ayala Land, Inc. has begun construction of its Seda Hotel in Bacolod City.
It is located in the corner of Lacson Street-North Capitol Road. The hotel, when completed, will further boost tourism in Bacolod as it adds more rooms to the existing hotel facilities in the city.
This is considering that during major festivals like MassKara, all available rooms in the city’s existing hotels, pension houses and inns, are fully booked.
Thus, other visitors and tourists stay in the hotels and pension houses located in the neighboring Talisay and Silay cities.
Seda is a hotel brand of Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts Corp.
There are currently five Seda hotels in Ayala-owned mixed-use developments in Bonifacio Global City, Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City, Nuvali, Laguna, and Iloilo City.
Seda has been named a Certified “Gold Service” Property (CGSP) by the American Hotel And Lodging Educational Institute – the first hotel brand in Asia to receive this honor.
