Robinsons Homes building a subdivision in Bacolod

(Press Release) A Robinsons Homes 22.45-hectare intelligently-themed, master-planned, gated subdivision of choice residential lots is soon to rise in Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City, Cora Ang Ley, the firm’s business unit general manager, said Saturday.

The subdivision, that is a joint venture with the Alunan family, is fronting the site of the new University of Saint La Salle Integrated School campus and adjacent to La Herencia Negrense subdivision, Ang Ley said.

The joint venture covers a 40-hectare property but half of the area will initially be developed starting this year, she said.

On Saturday, Ang Ley led the ribbon cutting and blessing of Robinsons Homes’ new sales office at the 3rd floor of Robinsons Place Bacolod with actress Maja Salvador, Robinsons Land Corp. brand ambassadress.

Also present were Bacolod Vice Mayor Greg Gasataya, councilors Wilson Gamboa and Ana Marie Palermo, Roseann Coscolluela Villegas –RLC director for corporate public relations, Christine Santiago – Robinsons Homes head of Sales, Ed Alunan and Arcline Alcobilla.

In the afternoon, Salvador led the launching of the Robinsons Homes brand name at the Fountain Area of Robinsons Place before a huge crowd, that included screaming fans.

Robinsons Land came to Bacolod in 1997, and is now shifting the rich Bacolod landscape once more with the rise of its beautiful yet highly-attainable home solutions for the area’s emergent, modern-day families, with the Robinsons Homes, Ang Ley said.

The new Robinsons Homes development in Bacolod City subscribes to over 20 years of real estate excellence, whose first development in Robinsons Metro East first gave the congesting Metro Manila an alternative to urban residences, she said.

With 32 residential subdivisions that are home to over 25,000 families in 11 key urbanized cities nationwide, Robinsons Homes has carefully built its standing as the topmost, value-for-money home of choice, Ang Ley said.

She also said that despite its value-for-money home solutions, Robinsons Homes re-imagines traditional Filipino housing by making sustainable design at the heart of its developmental blueprint.

This is seen in Robinsons Homes’ diversified properties, be it the grand Bloomfields enclave, sprawling properties set for large and established families, the tranquil Brighton community, designed for emergent families, or the promising Springdale development, with specialized perspectives for new homeowners, she said.

Its subdivisions also have swimming pools, activity courts, parks, play areas, and multipurpose clubhouses, Ang Ley said.
